Infertility Counseling
It is said that 1 in 6 adults experience infertility in their lifetime. Statistics aside, infertility can feel like such a lonely, challenging, disappointing, emotional and daunting experience. Being such a personal experience, many people do not have the space, time or opportunity to talk about their experiences and navigate the hard parts of the journey. Many people do not feel adequately supported by family and friends through what for some is considered the hardest thing they have ever gone through in their lives. Infertility counseling allows you and/or your relationship space to unpack, process, and work through the parts of your journey that feel difficult to hold alone. You will learn effective ways to cope with the journey as an individual and/or within a relationship.
